Futian will accelerate the recruitment and cultivation of high-end talent, innovation capability improvement, diverse application scenarios and value release of data.

Efforts will be made to achieve independent control over key core technologies in application software such as financial technology and basic software.

The district will develop emerging technology software vigorously and promote the construction of key projects such as the Shenzhen Data Exchange, the Bay Area Digital Economy Computing Power Center, and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Big Data Research Institute.

With the Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone as the core, the district will take advantage of the industrial resources in the Futian central area and the Dajinsha-Chegongmiao area to create a powerful growth driver for innovative R&D in application software that is internationally oriented, domestically eyed and based in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
